Sell online without a second stock register

Whether customers order from your website, Shopify or a WhatsApp chat, the order lands in the same list and takes stock from the same count as your tills.

Orders from the tills and the online shop, with their payment and delivery status

What happens to an online order

  1. The order comes in

From Shopify or your website by itself; from Instagram or WhatsApp entered by your team in seconds.

  2. Stock comes off

From the branch or warehouse that sends it — the till at the counter can no longer sell the same piece.

  3. Packed and booked

The courier is booked from the order and the tracking number stays with it.

  4. The customer is told

Order status and tracking, so fewer "where is my parcel?" calls.

  5. The money arrives

Paid online, or cash on delivery followed until the courier pays it — then it is in your books.

Marketplaces and social media

An order from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Amazon or WooCommerce is entered under its channel with its own order number. From there it is like any other order: stock, courier, payment and books.

Automatic links with these channels are on our list; the orders already share one stock today.
